NLU FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)-
Q1. When should I start preparing for NLU?
Ans: The National Law University, Delhi, conducts an annual entrance examination for the admission of students into the three-year BA LLB course and five-year integrated LLB program. A student can start preparation for NLU after completing higher secondary from any recognized university.
Q2. Is NLU Delhi hard to get into?
Ans: Yes, the NLU Delhi entrance is difficult. The number of seats in the University is limited to 110, out of which 5 seats are reserved for Foreign Nationals and 5 for OCI/PIO. The syllabus of this exam is lengthy, and the number of applicants varies from thousands to even lakhs. This makes the entrance much more challenging to crack.
Q3. Can we crack NLU in 4 months?
Ans: It may take around 8 to 12 months for an average student to prepare for the exam. However, if a student is well acquainted with the law, legal aptitude, and general awareness, around 4 to 6 months of preparation would be sufficient to crack the exam.
Q4. How many hours should I study for NLU?
Ans: The NLU entrance examination is based on 5 subjects: Mathematics, English, General Knowledge, Legal Aptitude, and Logical Reasoning. Mastering each subject is necessary to crack the exam. Even around 5 to 6 hours of preparation per day can be enough to get a seat in NLU. However, it is necessary for a student to track his progress and study every subject every day.

Ans: National Law University (NLU) is an annual exam conducted by Delhi University for admission of students in LLB programs. This entrance consists of 150 questions based on five subjects.
